سؤال: Compré el producto, llegó con un defecto de fábrica, pedí que me enviarán solo la pieza defectuosa (ya que no es algo muy grave), me dieron largas y finalmente solo me ofrecieron 15$ de reembolso (de los más de 100$ que pague), al ver la mala atención de Banggood decidí aceptar los 15$.
