SerialRepair Yes,you receive a magnetizer-demagnetizer in the full kit as you can see on the pic. And the bit stay firmly in the screwdriver when using them.

Received pretty quick. Works great and the packaging is well done ! Not a lot of torque but that's perfect for small screws and electronic/mobile repair ! Would recommend

Received quickly. Good packing and working great. Rise quickly in temp, easy to setup, the knob is a bit sensitive but not too much to setup a precise temp. Perfect for smd rework and preheating board.
