dtyrobert Ibought this phone from them. Works well. There are no problems. But with another phone bought from them, the same company, I was not guaranteed the honoring of the warranty even though it was only 2 months of operation. My advice: don't buy from this site if you want the product warranty.

dtyrobert Youcan find exact details on the company's website. In the support column, you can find indicative settings for each laser model depending on the material used. Diode lasers do not cut clear acrylic. Only the black one, cast or colored in its entire surface.

dtyrobert Todaymarks one month since I was notified of the defect. A month since I could not use a product bought from this site and which is guaranteed for a year. It's been a month since the customer service people have been walking around with promises, offering me a ridiculous amount as compensation for the malfunction, when I need the phone. As if I could insert the GSM sim into the 50 USD bill and talk to it or access the Internet. A month since I have been waiting for them to send me a new phone instead of the defective one. A month since I noticed that their services are just lies and false advertising. A month since I noticed that they value the name of the company, the services offered and their buyers for less than 150 euros. Buy from companies that offer real guarantees!
