This is a nice little kit and when built, it works well! The lack of instructions was not a problem for me, but might be to someone new to constructing electronic devices. I have taken some pictures of the finished board and have posted them here to help others out. One thing is not made clear on the board, when fitting the electrolytic capacitor within the large IC socket, make sure you allow enough wire to bend it down flat or you will not get the chip in the socket later! Observe the correct polarity on the capacitors, the side of each will show a white stripe with a negative (minus) sign. In each case, this must go on the shaded side of the circular marked connection position. The separate IC on its own mini-board in the centre is fiddly and may need some extra heat to get the solder to flow up to the connections properly. This is not a problem as this heat will not necessarily reach the chip in the centre. Line it up so the crystal on the edge matches the diagram on the board. Fit all the small, low components first (the resistors mainly) or it will be fiddly and difficult to fit them later amongst the larger pieces. There are no components on the reverse of the board but it's better to wire the speaker cable below the board because it ends up behind the circuit anyway. The connections to the screen are straightforward. The strip of connectors they supply may be longer than needed so just snap off the extra. In fact, there were several extra components in the kit I received. If you have a few left over, don't worry that you've missed something! I had to supply my own nut and bolt to fit the antenna; not a huge problem. There's nothing else really. I hope that helps. Have fun. Stephen.
