medicarefpv As it is a 2 cell battery at 7.4 volts and each lipo cell is 3.7 volts it would have to be in series. Voltage only adds in a series circuit while current is constant. this is opposite of a parallel circuit where voltage is the same across each parallel leg and the currents are additive.
