BeardedViking Geta motor, preferably a 300rpm or 500rpm, a 2.2g servo and the Orlandoo Hunter D4L kit. In my experience that's the easiest way to go about it. The D4L comes with all the LEDs you need and a little speaker for engine sounds. The D4L is a cheaper and better option than most other solutions, and offer great functionality.
