marek2015 Exactly the same issue: Not used for several months. The app says connection lost. Camera works, blue LED lit. Seems to be connected to wifi but app can't view and control the cam. Application fault?

info It'sa shitty product, so best you throw it in the bin. Digoo is using this product only for the purpose of selling high priced cloud storage. Stay away!

rudyvk Havenot used this function before.. I believe you can only use it with whatever Digoo delivers.

marek2015 Access to the cloud costs money nevertheless without subscription we have still access online to the cam moreover we can remotely watch recordings from the SD card
