سؤال: Is there technical service for this product? My Pipo W12 died - every time falling with blue screen SOC ERROR. Dowloaded stock firmware Windows 10 - the same blue screen SOC ERROR. Is there any disassembly instructions to look inside?

Very nice screen, pen and keyboard included, 4G connectivity, lightweight solution. It is not Intel, Snapdragon 850 has much limitations. Battery runtime is about 3-4 hours, not impressive for ARM CPU. The stock OS is good for browser only, so you have to install Windows Developer Preview, then you will enjoy 64-bit emulation, much better software compatibility and Hyper-V dashboard. But Hyper-V engine is not enabled and no VM will start. No manual, no recovery instructions, no public firmware downloads (at the official website it's very hard to obtain the latest firmware, I was unable to download it). So it's a good product for computer enthusiasts, but for such purposes it is overpriced. It would be much better if it had somewhat like technical support.

Very pleasant set, easy to solder and assemble. Works perfectly. The only minus - a little screw for antenna missed, its a bit hard to find a replacement.

Ederson Alves de Carvalho Estou com esse problema... Está complicado, nem no site oficial pipo.cn tem a Stock firmware do PIPO W12 pra baixar, sugestão... Não compre!

andreik77 No, Snapdragon 850 does NOT support hardware virtualization. On Windows Dev Preview the Hyper-V optional component may be installed but you will be unable to start any VM.
