Culme Youneed something to control it, like an Arduino for example, and if you intend to keep many LEDs on at the same time you should probably get an external power source or you might fry your Arduino.

Easy to build, well, apart from some rather tight soldering to get the usb connection in place. Several light modes to choose from. I enjoyed building and using it. Recommended!
