I received this device. Characters are barely readable. Display has black streak in bottom right corner. i reccommend you do not buy this item. Seller has not responded to private emails to try to correct the situation.

This device does not seem to comply with specifications. It does not read all the time. In my case, most of the time it indicates Err instead of cell voltages. I use it LTO cells, the spec says it should read cell voltages between 0 and 5Vdc. I don't know how to fix this situation and the supplier is of no assistance. I have a feeling the supplier is a box mover and has no clue how this device should work, so this supplier is unable to help me. I have the impression this product has a software problem. Otherwise this product comes well packaged and presented. If it's available, I would welcome help from the manufacturer in solving this "Err" problem.

سؤال: I just received the SK500007 device. When I connect it, shows "err" 5 times instead of the 5 cell voltages. There are no instructions on how to connect for a 5s setup. I checked the voltage at each pin with a multimeter, all seems normal. I know the voltage is low, around 2.5 volts, it's fine for LTO cells (1.7 to 2.8 volts). The specs say the voltmeters can read from 0 to 5 volts. Is this device defective? Is there a way to change this "err" behaviour?
