سؤال: Does the radio have LSB (lower sideband) and USB (upper sideband) capability? Most SW (shortband) transmissions are garbled without this feature and make SW 'capability' useless.

Good radio on all bands. However sound quality is not that great. Digital display is a noon and tuning wheel is great. You can set alarm and sleep timer on this guy. Memory card and USB play is a valuable addition. Wish this radio use AA batteries instead of the less powerful Bl 5c. Battery life is 4-5 hours and charges in 2 hours. Overall a great radio at a throw away price.
