GagnierA I bought two of these and didn't get documentation either. However, when removing the front cover it'll show that the only leads soldered to the board are blue and brown. The grounding lead seemingly vanishes into thin air because it didn't come out to the board side on any of mine. All that said, I wired both up separately with 300 volt rating wire since this is said to be rated for 220v and none of them ended up working. I was quite disappointed, especially considering the time and extra money put in to gathering supplies needed :(
