Q: Please, dont call me stupid ;-) I have amplifier for my stereo and stuff, need one for Raspberry Pi or vinylplayer. What does this curcuit do, what is the difference comapred to common off-the shellf amps for computer speakers and stereo?

BG521854342 Simplyit is a pre-amplifier, not an amplifier, so the output power of this device is low.

bradkx itdoes have HDMI in, but its not the standard size HDMI

Very cool, works properly. The only thing that "hurts" me a bit is that the box in which the Orange Pi came in was completely smashed. I like to keep my boxes in perfect condition. The Pi itself works perfectly with Orange Pi's own OS. Haven't tried downloading and booting it with Jessie or Kali-Linux yet. Hope it will work.
