thedude Hm I have 4 cameras and had similar problem. But my problem was in the phone. When I got the cameras I was using android phone, it worked perfect. Then I got Iphone (total crap by the way) and hit the mentoned problem. First check the date on the camera it has to be synced to right time. Then delete the app (don’t forget the password from camera, if you forgot then make a hard reset on the camera). Then install this app 5gsee, this one is working well. Let me know how it went
