BG353944189 I think it is not waterproof but for use in the snow it will probably suffice maybe it should be sealed with Plastidip or Wet-Protect. I have but not yet tried.

Reptilley People do. I’ve seen them take them fully under water with no problem. The only things to worry about is drying them with a hair dryer after and putting a little sock of some kind of material on them to stop debris getting in. I definitely wouldn’t take it in salt water. I’ve seen heaps of people use them in snow without any problems. I think drying them and a little bit of silicone spray or wd40 every so often and you would be fine.
