سؤال: Is the upgrade metal center drive shaft needed to use this gear? The stock spur gear is different, when will the upgrade center drive shaft be available? I cant seem to find one on any of the websites that sell hbx parts

Highly under rated rc, my favorite basher so far. Several bash sessions, jumps perfectly off ramps, has had many bad landings and not a single part has broken. Very fast, even faster acceleration, and for having only a li-ion battery its very punchy, would be even better with a lipo battery. This is the same exact rc as the hbx 16889, so all parts are available from the haiboxing website, and upgrades aswell. Highly recommend, will be buying another soon.

Great truck, long run times with 18650 batteries. Good tires, transmitter is decent aswell. Parts availability isnt the best, but most can be found. Could use oil shocks, but for friction dampers theyre not bad, would recommend this truck. Decently fast but not "punchy", not the greatest "basher" in my opinion, or stunt truck, a lipo powered brushless truck would be best for those applications. For just ripping around on dirt or short grass, it handles great but wont win any speed records, doesnt like snow very much though, steering mechanisms seeze up a bit with snow build-up, overall though a good truck for the money, the use of 18650 batteries makes this truck unique from others, handy if youre a vaper i suppose? Again best attribute of this rc is long run times, and runs quiet.

Amazing rc, very fast, good transmitter. Ive seen many videos of how tough this rc is, but within the first 5 minutes of running it, i went over a small jump and broke the front shower tower... looking at it the shock tower is a very poor design, where the screws go through to bond to the diff housing the plastic is very thin, would definitely recommend getting metal shock towers, other than that still very pleased, just very dissapointed that it broke in the first 5 minutes of play...
