chaplm Your existing indoor bell must be a 433.92mhz wireless unit. If it is, then it probably needs pairing with the new doorbell. You will need to find the 'pairing button' on your existing indoor unit and follow the instructions to pair indoor units supplied with the package.

chaplm You will need a 12 volt AC doorbell transformer. Available from many suppliers.

chaplm The doorbell can be connected to a 12 volt AC supply to charge the batteries. Do not under any circumstances connect the door bell to 220 volt supply which was posted by another user..

chaplm Have you used the correct type of batteries. They shoud be 18650 'pointed head' batteries. Flat head will not work! Can I suggest you raise the camera to a higher, more appropriate position.

chaplm Go to Main Menu, click on 'Advanced' then 'Restore and choose account.

chaplm The hard disk needs to be installed inside the case.. It will not work through USB connection.
