kieserhc Yes, very simple. You can use any K-type thermocoupler amplifier. If you need to read a lot of thermocouples, I recommend using the one-wire protocol, then you can read many probes on a single Arduino pin. https://www.adafruit.com/product/269 or AD8495 if you want to read analog pin. With digital amplifiers no calibration is required, they are very accurate.
