Greentijgee It’s probably a fault, because mine is juist working fine without hard pressing on the buttons

Some legs were bent a bit but that is okay. Be aware, that the 74HC14 version just has an operation voltage of 6V max! They are not quite suitable for synthesizers or other audio applications.

It says micro USB in description, but is iPhone lightning connector. Comes with cable but be aware if you need a replacement.
