BG455316573 No its not but I would run it on a wet floor but i wouldn't take it in any deep water

BG455316573 Yes this is the latest 4 wheel steer version. They have relocated the on off button and charging port so you can reach it without taking the body shell off. Thats the only difference i can see. Hope this helps
