Troets Yes, only difference between 144 and 124 is the chassis, so suspension is the same

Troets I have on my Ender 3 pro and Ender 5, just polish the heat break before use, the finiahing inside the heatbreaks are hit and miss, one was fine other needed work

Troets It should work on any NEMA 17 set up, just make sure which side the leaver is and the direction on the filament
