Revnik  Working voltage: 3.6V-4.2 V so no. But with a BEC-circuit (ie. on an ESC) at 5.0V it will work, straight 2S voltage will fry it.

Revnik No, this is not ideal for a beginner, really small and heavy for its size, fast and too agile. It's everything else than what a beginner needs. You need something bigger, slower and easier. And maybe something without the ailerons. Thought it's not wrong to start with a plane that has ailerons, but starting with rudder and elevator only gives you much milder characteristics and gives you more time to think your next move, unlike ailerons.
