VanDrones Indoors, brushed is quieter and power is still adequate for buzzing around. There is 1 minute more flight time w the brushed whoops.

BangGoodness Yes. Original shaft diameter for TC is 1mm. I tried the Sailfly motors with 3 blades props and got 1 more minutes of flight time.

BangGoodness Dependa on the devices and what power they require. Your typical USB charger will be 5v 0.5 to 2.5A. Many hard drive will require power to run. The 5V in gives these devices the power. If you are connecting a powered device like your phone or a printer or a camera ... then that device provides enough power to run and connect to your computer.
