awesome product. you get what you pay. please note, programming cable and earpiece are not included. The manual is pretty useless. However I suggest reading the manual at least one time. New users can learn by doing their research on the internet.

PRO: The radio arrived promptly and appears to work well. Great bang for the buck. CON: Delivered in a plastic bag envelope, this allowed some damage to the radios main packaging. Insufficient packing inside the box allows for the radio and other items to bounce around inside, but no damage was evident to the contents.
