Bought to silence a resin printer, which it did very well. The 2209 with the free 2208 which came with it actually worked out cheaper than buying 2208 (which is the one I only needed) on its own, so it was like buying a cheap 2208 and getting a free, quality 2209, bargain! Very fast delivery, too.

I bought these to upgrade my custom designed 3d printer and as its a corexy with dual z screws, i shall be using four out of the six with two spare.Its easy enough to just replace your A4988 or Drv8825 stepper drivers (adjust the current) to run in legacy mode (stealth chop) but the motor direction will need to be swapped in your firmware and for UART mode extra wires are to be added to communicate with firmware if not supported on your controller board....Excellent price and fast delivery by Banggood THANKS, 3 days and delivered.

Just fitted these tmc2208 drivers with a skr 1.3 controller, so far so good. The 2208 drivers really makes the motors silent, only noise I can hear from the printer now is the fans.
