Simple dampers but they are must have parts for your 3D printer or basically for anything where stepper motors are involved. It is decreasing the amount of noise and vibration as well, so the prints will be more precise and nice and the noise level will be lower during the printing. It is a very cheap, but definitely a useful upgrade.
