Out of the two pieces ordered, one is working fine and the other is not working. When power is made on and tried to pair the device with the app, the device is not coming to pairing mode - i.e. wifi is not blinking to pair. WiFi light is continuously on and it is not blinking. There fore the item is not working. I would like to get it replaced.
