The product arrived on time. The packaging is good. The product design is beautiful with a practical design. Unfortunately, the subtitles on the product are in Chinese only. I don't speak Chinese. I signaled this to customer service. They were as helpful as ever. They sent an English description. It’s not easy to set up either, but maybe I’ll get by with it

Received well packed in a box. Need adapter for the charger. Tested ok it seems to work, the senzitive ears can hear some high frequency sound. Good quality product. Reccomend.
