The idea is perfect, but my sandwiches didn't look as nice as they do here in the picture (far from that), so I must have done something wrong. Maybe my filling should have been a bit more sticky - my first attempt was just bread and cheese, in order to make a 'tosti' / 'crocque monsieur'
