So,I come back with good news about my problem,anyway,it is strange cause just me have this kind of problem.
The problem was:after the flashing with NodeMcu and upload the code in ESP with ESplorer and the program ran fine,after a power reset the program in ESP wont start himself,unless I connect on serial with him and upload the code again or send the command do("myfile.lua").
In fact,the problem is the name of the file,I think in bootloader is set to look for a file nameit init.lua,after I change my blink.lua in init.lua the ESP start the program after the power reset,which is what I want,so problem solved.
