Recieved today. came as described with AAA holder and sleeve for 18650 battery. Recharge plug in the handle opposite the power switch. Hold the power switch for several seconds, flashes SOS signal.
First press of the power switch bright light
Second press dim light
third press strobe light.
O ring seal for the battery cap was split when I first unscrewed it. Ill have to search for a replacement.
