Okay, so when it arrived, the case hinges were broken on one side - probably at the same time the other item in the package was damaged as well. Other than that? It's quite a powerful little machine and when I connected a miniature rotary saw to it, the torque actually bent the shaft of the saw. No fault of this machine - it was just too powerful for the cheap shaft.
