The arm is 4mm and the one i got was real carbon fiber. There are two sets of screw included - longer and shorter. The drilling and cutouts are not high-precision - if you look closly at the picture you can see there are no straight lines it's all a little wonky - however for the price i don't mind making small adjustments as i have the right tools at hand. I'll be getting more.

Bought these to fit 2204 motors with 3 mm fixing screws and the fit is good, the quality of the arms is very good, only negative is the motor mounts are approx 5 mm closer to the body but you can still fit 6" props with a few mm to spare between them and the body.

these are really strong arms. i think next time i hit the ground hard i will break something but not the arms:)

yo las tengo puestas en un mzr 250 y si son algo mas delgadas que las que pille para el mzr de 5mm pero creo que incluso con 3mm son irrompibles.porque todavia no rompi ni una.simplemente compre dos de estas por el soporte para las patas y van genial.

These are much thicker than OEM arms. Only problem is that they don't have slots for 2mm screws, ony 3mm.
