The packaging was sufficient to protect it during the shipping. I uploaded a custom blink program and it worked flawlessly. There were not enough header pins supplied for all of the connections. there are 5 connections missing header pins. This may not be a big deal depending on how you will be using it. It was not marked 5v from the factory, I had to do that after testing it. I connected 9v to the RAW connection then tested the VCC pin to ground and it was exactly 5v. These are great Arduino

This is the minimal expression of the Arduino platform. An FTTDI is needed to program it by USB. But the multitude of uses and the simplicity of programming make it an ideal platform for small projects.

Got 5 boards and they all work great. However, one of them didn't have the Reset pushbutton soldered in :(. These are excellent for end-product implementations, after the original design was done /w Arduino UNO. Will buy more.
