Works perfectly

Not very power, but is usable in low-power applications, for example, to make an another voltage source from the power supply, such as make a 5 volts from 12 volts power supply, to power up the microcontroller module. Built quality is not very high, but acceptable. I recommend to replace the trimmer potentiometer by the constant resistors pair, to avoid the "surprises" after a long uptime in the humidity conditions.
