General comment: Good beginner's set. I was able to open my real padlock with 9 out of 11 rakes and picks. No bend picks but couple tips are bent. They can be fixed easily. The edges are very rough. Given the price, it is expected. I spent 2-3 hours polishing the edges before start using them. After it is done, I can compare them to higher grade picks. If you don't polish the edges, your lock will take a beating. Pros: I like this set because it's .023" thick. Low cost and have good variety of rakes. Cons: The rivet holding the plates on handles are loose after few uses. One can super glue them back together. Bent tips on 2-3 pick / rakes. Was able to fix easily. Tension tools too thin and not bent to 90°. They work better after I bent them to 90°. Carbon steel but not harden. So, have to use them gently. Rakes have very sharp points, I filed them to be little rounded so they don't chew up my practice lock.
