A power resistor is only as good as the mounting. Both screw holes are on the same side making it hard to get good thermal contact over the whole surface - a pretty big dropoff in the design. I would derate to 75 - 50W.

RBaelen Indeed, design could be better .. but for this price: use more resistors to dissipate. For instance: 8R = 2x 4R in series / 4R = 2x 8R in parrallel).
