Received in the mail bent, no protection around them in the packaging. Very hard to lock and unlock them due to handle is bent and makes the locking lever very difficult to move. It did cut for me and the blades are nice and sharp but it would have been nice to get one that would have been in perfect shape. Only taking one star off due to receiving a non-perfect pruner due to seller not shipping it with enough protection around it.
