it's Nice and flexible . But dose not Clamp that great on a smooth surface . It is probably better for tree branches ... It's smaller then lt looks not sure it will work that well with bigger cam like the Hero 5 or your Phone . But it will be ok for the Session5 . come with the pone mount ...
