I want to start off by saying I ordered the same remotes a few months back and they worked great untilmy dog decided to use it as a chew toy. So I can back to this site and ordered some more of the remotes because last time was a complete success. This time there was even a deal get 3 remotes at a better price so I ordered the 3 which took no time at all to reach me they appeared to be the same as last time but to my surprise only a few functions actually worked total let down

Only the power button works. The arrow buttons work intermittently. Pathetic product!!! Also no manual or dealer details given!
