Although I am yet to install this my initial feedback on the build quality is top notch...! can't wait to see how much further my P3S can go!

I was able to get 2-3 times the extended range compared to the traditional stock antenna. However, the video signal starts to run a tad bit slower when you go out further than about 900ft. The product does come very nicely packaged but does not include instructions. But you can find video tutorials online on how to install it. Its actually very simple. I do have a case for my Phantom but this antenna does not fit fully assembled. I did have to cut away at the foam padding and take off the 3 antennas to get it to fit. In order to get the best long range signal, you have to be pointing at the antennas towards the Phantom, which is no big deal. Except when it comes to flying directly above yourself. Within about a 75ft radius and higher than about 175ft of yourself, this antenna very easily loses signal when flying directly above yourself even if you are attempting to point the antenna at the Phantom. Aside from that little trade off. I highly would recommend this antenna to anyone with a Phantom 3 Standard.
