I bought 6 of these to make car boost module. Firstly I measured the capacitance using constant current charging/discharging like C=I*dT/dV. It appeared that I have 140F, 160F, 350F, 370F, 390F and 420F. Furthermore when I shake some of the capacitors I feel emty space within and I can feel a flappy/loose core. Presume lower and uneven capacitance if you connect in series you will need a balancing circuit. But finally I'm OK with the price.

I bought 3 pieces. Experimental charging using 1A current and measuring voltage vs. time leads to capacity cca 370F, 130F, and 150F (it seems to be voltage dependent). For my experiments it is sufficient (taking the price into account), but clearly out of usual +-20 percent tolerance.

This works well enough as a capacitor with extremely high capacitance. I have no way of measuring its capacitance, which is beyond the capability of all my meters. Leakage is very high though. I charged it to 1.8V and left it unconnected. After one hour, the voltage dropped to 1.58V and after two hours 1.53V. It certainly cannot work as a battery substitute. I doubt if connecting several of these in series would be safe as balance charging them will be a challenge.
