BG221518125 The CNC mill dust on that picture is a dead giveaway it's just photoshopped. The one with the three smiling white collar folks is also highly dubious as they appear to have plugged their power cable into a ballpoint pen and forgot to connect the thing to a computer. The focus of their laser will also be horrible with the engraving head that high.On a more serious note, a speed of 700-800mm per min and 3-4% laser power gets me OK 20-25mil / SOIC-PLCC level PCB results with dry photoresist film. 15mil/SSOP might be achievable juuust barely with gentle developers, careful track clearance and lots of fiddling with presensitised boards (or liquid photoresist) but I wouldn't recommend wasting too much time below 0.5mm tracks (and clearance) as the wavelength of this laser is not quite where photoresist works best and having to increase the exposure also increases the cross-bleed between tracks. I haven't yet tried "isolation routing" (where you coat everything with black paint and then burn some away with laser) as I'm not a fan of inhaling burnt paint or pointing lasers at copper mirrors, but that could potentially do better resolution if you have a good fume extractor and can cut at an angle to reduce reflection damage to the laser.
