BGUKAudio the lamp probably uses PWM to adjust the brightness, this may cause interference when filming with a mobile phone depending on what the frame rate of your mobile camera is. this is quite normal with any PWM controlled light

BGUKAudio the cross pieces for the narrower (19mm) t track sections don't seem to be made as standard. as others have said, you may be best off making yourself from stock 19mm t track
