gbrookes Idon't think so. It says on the packaging that it is for Li-ion batteries only but makes no mention of charging or being used as a power bank with more than one battery at a time. The contacts are magnetic so the are fairly firm on each terminal of one battery but using two separate batteries there would be no magnetic energy holding the terminals together so I suspect it is not possible to charge more than one battery at a time nor use more than one battery as an energy source as a power bank.
