gsczip Itcomes equipped with the appropriate power cord for your country. I'm Brazilian and our power cords here are a complete mess, however I didn't even need to ask for it to be adapted, it already came adapted to my country. But you can call the support on the chat and ask them about it.

gsczip There are two apps which you can use. Mi home and Roborock app. Both are them can be changed on main language. And by the Mi home you can switch the Voice service of the Roborock S7.
