I ordered one as a sample to test, if I could build this with our youth group. I think this is a nice project and I'll try to check with customs what it will cost to buy these as a bulk order. However, there is a written Manual, but that is out of date. There is a written link to an online manual on that small paper, you should use this to build it. Unfortunately the manufacturer decided to pack smaller rubber feet and these are now to flat. As a result the screws scrape on your desk. You need to file them about 1mm down. A big problem are the push buttons. These are so loud that you will not use this calculator at work or in class. The sound definitely steps on anyone else's nerves. However, nice little fun project and very affordable.

That light is awesome! I had to try a bit till I found out that rotating the knob is doing and rotating while pressing it is light temperature. The little handbook is unusable. But the led light is absolutely great.

As I ordered very early, I consider this device a beta version. Packaging and Parts: Everything came stuffed into pieces of Styrofoam and the whole box was full of flakes. The CNC parts are packed into several chunks, each wrapped in waste paper and a layer of foil. Cutting the paper wraps open, I found a well sorted bunch of parts, each packed in separate zip-bags. That is nice and makes the build process easy. As it might be a beta unit, power supplies are all fitted with US plugs. I have to modify that for me, living in the EU. The power supplies are rated for 110V to 240V and 50/60Hz. Assembly: Getting a Microsoft Word Document from an unknown sender is always a horror. I really would prefer a PDF document. This document doesn't make things easy. It doesn't start with diagrams of all parts. This would make it easy to see, if everything is in the box and it will show you, that there are three sort of this and two sorts of that part that only differ a little bit. Second it misses the the hint, that you should insert some locking nuts into the frame at the first step, because later the side openings are covered and you cannot insert any of these anymore without disassembling the frame again. Construction: The most parts are aluminum and all angle brackets are die casted and the quality is medium... There are left overs from the casting, either blocking brackets against each other or blocking the screw. A file will help to clean that up. Another thing is, that some angle brackets are offset. If they are mounted flush with one side, they overshoot on the other. But most of them fit fine. A very very bad idea was, to only deliver screws with Phillips heads. The frame is fairly large enough to reach inside with a normal screw driver and so you have to find a very short one for several situations. Lucky me I have a very small bit set but even that fails on the base frame construction. So if you assemble such a thing for the first time, you'll find several situations where you have to disassemble some thing again, to mount another thing into its place. With hex screws, all this would have been much easier. The linear drives are very edgy and rough. There is no smooth running on the guides... However, my system is not fully assembled now, but I definitely will have to check, if I can use some grease to make the bed running more smooth. That is the first part and I look forward to assemble the rest of the pieces and try my first routing on this CNC... I'll add another series of pictures then.
