The unit arrived with no obvious damage. There is no information on the model numbers of the TIG and Plasma tools so ordering parts is a crap shoot at best. The "Operators manual" is written in Chinglish and hardly understandable. There is no tungsten for the TIG so you can't try it out until you buy some. One of each size would have been nice. No assembly diagrams for the torches is available. Fortunately there's YouTube.

I've bought many of these items and as long as these shape up to the specs they'll be ok. Delivery was rapid way faster than some other orders made before them.

Items arrived in good condition. Pity there's no instruction sheet with it like what voltage supply does it take. Board says +- and com but nothing else. Does it need a plus/minus supply with a common ground or zero. I don't know. Voltage there's nothing so until I can find that out it's useless. The remote seems to at least turn it's LED on when the buttons are pressed.

This torch has smaller connectors than expected. Will have to find what it fits on before I can use it. Not quite what I expected.

Just what I need two weeks ago. Will enable broad indexable tools nearer to the center. Would have been reassuring to know what the diameter of the narrow section of the tip was prior to buying. Had to take a chance that it was small enough. Otherwise looks good and worked fine on the first job. BG needs to include full dimensions of products like this in their descriptions. RonW
