Deluxa82 First number (day) 9 means its turn on once per 9 days. It start count interval when you set up. For example if you want watering every day morning for 20seconds, set up exactly at morning day as 1 and time as 20. It should start next morning after 24h. Zero,0 means no watering. Second number means how long will be pump on in seconds. So shortest interval for watering is one day 24h , longest 9 days.

Deluxa82 I dont know how exactly are the libraries there in links inside product page you can try it. I always used Adafruit_GFX and Adafruit_TFTLCD. It works fine and there are lot of documentation and examples how to set up screen to display whatever you want.

Deluxa82 No, it is fixed. You cant set up anything only switch between two screens. Some countries have little different limit values for PM particles and AQI (en.wikipedia.org _wiki _Air_quality_index ) This little machine use USA standard scale. But I think there are no big differences between categories (green,yellow,orange,red) and AQI calculations is always same.
