Functionality and quality are better than anticipated. my phone couldn’t read the small QR code for the app, but it was easily found in the App Store (WearHealth).

Received in absolutely perfect condition. These units arrived in cardboard sleeves of 10, in boxes containing 10 sleeves, wrapped in a larger box. This worked to protect the product much better, and the quality was superb within the inner sleeves. We only had two rejects out of 300 due to a manufacturing defect. Thanks for going to the extra effort.

My kids have already had fun with it in the living room watching each other make silly faces from another room. I haven't yet been able to get the wifi signal picked up from my iphone(it just sits and spins while looking for the signal). I'm going to try my wifes Samsung, but if that doesn't work it's okay anyway, as we didn't intend to use that functionality anyway(it would be nice to have though).

I was hoping with the size of this shipment that the quality would improve. Unfortunately that is not the case. Out of 88 units I had to pull 15 due to damage. At this point I can't tell if it's shipping damage or production damage, but I'm leaning toward damage during production/packaging.

Bought two of these for end of school year presents. So far they seem like good value. Controls work well and batteries last longer than anticipated. Good value.

I've looked other places for this part at a lower price and haven't found it. Shipping is pretty quick once they are shipped. Going into backorder status for large orders is understandable.
